SUMMARY OF SOUTHAMPTON SAVE:

This is longest save played since the day I started FM17 (Last season 2022/2023).  I found managing Southampton is exciting as they have one of the biggest fan base around and also the board always looking to implement attractive-attacking football.  This is good because I always believe in playing attractive football will attract good result.  As time goes on, I've achieved so much with the Saints and eventually fell in love with club.  Plenty has achieved during the reign and a few regrets too.  My target before I started this save is to bring Southampton to UCL and be Champion but fortunately I've done that at the end of my 2nd season which I find it surprising and wonderful, so I've decided to go on and retain all the titles won and of cos my happiest is winning the league at first season in charge.  Managing Southampton is very exciting because of the beauty of their training facilities, always bring out the best in each player.  

During the reign, my biggest challenger for EPL title is Man Utd.  They've been my biggest enemy in the league and also in UCL.  Under Mourinho, they always manage to sign brilliant player that could accommodate to his tactics.

I've manage 452 matches and won 332 of them and scored almost a thousand goals.

My biggest achievement during this save is leading England to World Cup glory in 2022.  After England sacked Southgate, I just try my luck by applying the job as World Cup in underway and I got the job.  I resigned after leading them to win the World Cup as I want to focus on club football.  Another achievement is climbing on top Sir Alex in Hall of Fame.  This is quite an achievement in less than 10 years managing.  During this reign, I've won One WC, Seven EPL, Five UCL, Five Super Cup, One Europa League, Four FA Cup, Four EFL Cup, Four Club World Championship and Five Community Shield.  This is my best achievement in less than 10 seasons since I started playing FM.

And of cos my achievements is the help of good signings.  My best 5 signings in this save will be:

Asia's market in football's world is very important.  Look at how players like Park Ji-Sung, Nakata, Li Tie etc. boost up their club's reputation and market in Asia.  Asia's market is key for football club growth in terms of Revenue and Merchandising.  Man Utd, Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid have huge fanbase in Asia compared to different club.  Maybe signing one or two Asian player would make a difference?  Here you go, 15 good Asia player to sign.  

I'll start with 5 players from China.  China is biggest market in the whole of Asia.  Their football might not be as good as the Korean or Japanese but their market is the one to look out for.

As Brexit hitting us in the game whereby work permit will be an issue, here are the list of 20 young british players to sign in FM17.  Of cos, they won't be cheap especially the English.  The list of 20 players below are the one with great potential in the future.  I will also print screen their stats in early 2021 in my save for reference.  The players might be better or worse in you save, depending on their role, training and chances in the first team for their respective clubs.  Feel free to add in into the list in our comment column if there is any additional other players that I've missed out.  Thank you in advance mates.

STERLING stats in the year 2021.  It surprised me that Sterling is in Newcastle but he still one of the best winger in the league.

CHALOBAH stats in the year 2021.  He was on loan with my team in one of season and performed at the highest level as deep-lying DM.  He is with Swansea on my save in 2021.  He needed more first team opportunity to relish his potential.

GREALISH stats in the year 2021.  He is still with Aston Villa in my save.  Good potential ahead.

OJO stats in the year 2021.  I believe that lack first team appearance causes Ojo's growth.  Few of my mates have Ojo in their team and he is superb.  In my save, Liverpool let Ojo leave for free and he is still hunting for club.

RASHFORD stats in the year 2021.  He is brilliant in my save and scoring goals for fun.  He is still with Man Utd.  One of the in EPL in my save.

6) REECE OXFORD : CLASSY CENTER BACK

OXFORD stats in the year 2021.  Classy center back and it will cost you big money to sign him from West Ham in 2021.  I had him on loan 2 seasons back and he was phenomenal.  A very reliable defender.  I am still trying to sign him permanently.

7) CALLUM GRIBBIN : GIFTED ATTACKING MIDFIELD

GRIBBIN stats in the year 2021.  One of the most gifted English youngster.  Technically gifted.  Easily fit in the first team for any clubs in EPL.

EDWARDS stats in the year 2021.  Regarded one of the best English young talent around.  Some said, he is the next Messi.  Progressing well in the game.

NELSON stats in the year 2021.  He is still with Arsenal in my save and playing regularly for them.  At 21, he is already an established international player in my save.  Definitely recommended to sign.

SANCHO stats in the year 2021.  He is highly regarded in my save.  He is only 20 and his stats is already a decent one.  He is still Man City and looking to breakthrough the first team soon.

WOODBURN stats in the year 2021.  Already look like a decent top striker.  Is not easy to sign Woodburn after a few seasons in the game.  He is looking bright for the future.

CHAMBERS stats in the year 2021.  Chambers is a reliable player in FM17.  He will available once a while during the game.  Definitely worth to sign if he is available in cheap.

SHAW stats in the year 2021.  I make a huge effort to sign Shaw from Man Utd as he was HGC for my Southampton team.  No doubt that injury always haunt him is every season but when he is available, he is best performer in the team.

ALLI stats in the year 2021.  I signed Alli in my 2nd season with the Saints.  Cost me around 50m plus.  All I can say is, He worth every penny of it.  Super-super player.  Irreplaceable in my team.  Look at his stats, said it all.

HUGHES stats in 2021.  He is a superstar in the future.  Dictating the middle of the park.  A great player to sign at the start of the game.

COOK stats in the year 2021.  He is always hunt by the big team in EPL.  Tried to sign him a few times but failed.  It is easier to get Verratti than Cook in EPL.  England future star.
